Villa Rozic in Cavtat Old Town enjoys a quiet location and panoramic views of the harbor and Adriatic Sea. Cavtat’s cafes, restaurants and beaches are just a 5-minute walk away. All rooms are air-conditioned.

An en-suite bathroom and flat-screen satellite TV are featured in all of the rooms. Some have a balcony. All have views of the sea, are light and have large windows. Some have wooden ceiling beams.

The closest internet cafe is just a 2-minute walk away from Villa Rozic. An hourly boat service from Dubrovnik to Cavtat operates from April till October. Dubrovnik Airport is a 10-minute drive away. Airport transfers can be arranged upon request.
If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Villa Rozic in advance. Please note that car access to Villa Rozic is not possible, and that the property is accessed via 78 stairs. Villa Rozic can offer help with luggage transfer up the stairs.
